UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS 5.1 Residential, Commercial and Industrial Demand Forecasts for Maple Ridge –Cover Memo Staff report dated March 28, 2023, with attached report by Coriolis Consulting Corp which provides a high level perspective on land use in Maple Ridge that considers how residential, commercial, and industrial growth, both local and regional, will impact commercial and industrial demand over time. Presentation by Blair Erb, Principal and Jay Wollenberg, Principal of Coriolis Consulting Corp. The presenters answered questions from Council. 6. CORRESPONDENCE – Nil 7.
