COMMUNITY FORUM
The purpose of the Community Forum is to provide the public with an opportunity to ask
questions or make comments on subjects that are of concern to them. An individual speaker
will be allotted 5 minutes to speak. If there are multiple speakers waiting 2 minutes to speak will be allotted to each one. A second turn to speak may be granted at the discretion of the
Chair if time permits and no other members of the public are waiting to speak. Each speaker
will be asked to provide their name and address for the record. Questions or comments must
be directed to the Chair of the meeting and not to individual members of the Committee. The
total time allotted for the Community Forum is 10 minutes.
The Commission reserves the right to defer responding to a question in order to obtain the
information required to provide a complete and accurate response.
