Call To Order 7:30 AM Mayor, Nicole Read called the meeting to order. 2. Adoption Of The Agenda R15-001 It was moved and seconded. That the Agenda for April 15, 2015 be adopted. CARRIED 3. Adoption Of Minutes R15-002 It was moved and seconded. That the Minutes of the Maple Ridge EAC Regular Meeting of March 18, 2015 be adopted. New & Unfinished Business 6.1 Welcome from Mayor Read & a roundtable of introductions. 6.2 Mayor Read provided an update on changes made in Economic Development. ACTION: The business sector survey proposed by the Business & Retention Officer was well received. Bruce will contact some of the EAC members for further input. ACTION: Members discussed the need for improved data collection to suit the needs of the business community. Members are to provide their input to the BRE. 7.
