CALL TO ORDER 2. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA R/2019-0 It was moved and seconded That the agenda for the June 18, 2019 Audit & Finance Committee meeting be approved as circulated. CARRIED 3. ADOPTION OF MINUTES R/2019-0 It was moved and seconded That the minutes of the Audit & Finance Committee dated June 4, 2019 be adopted as circulated. Audit Services Catherine Nolan, Corporate Controller Staff report dated June 18, 2019 outlining the process and timing for entering into a new contract with an external auditing service. 4.2. Permissive Tax Exemption Policy Review Catherine Nolan, Corporate Controller Staff report dated June 18, 2019 providing an overview of the tax exemption policies and the timing associated with applications for permissive exemptions. 4.3. Business Planning Guidelines Trevor Thompson, Chief Administrative Officer Staff report dated June 18, 2019 recommending that the 2020-2024 Business & Financial Planning Guidelines, attached as Appendix A, be forwarded to the next Council meeting for approval. Council requested that staff come back with some date/time options for a business planning schedule, targeting the month of November. It was moved and seconded That the 2020-2024 Business & Financial Planning Guidelines, attached as Appendix A, be forwarded to the next Council meeting for approval. CARRIED 5.
