PUBLIC WORKS AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES Note: The following items have been numbered to correspond with the Council Agenda: 1101 2011-059-RZ, 23709 111A Avenue, RS-3 to RM-1 Staff report dated July 9, 2012 recommending that Maple Ridge Official Community Plan Amending Bylaw No. 6938-2012 to adjust the conservation boundary be given first and second reading and be forwarded to Public Hearing and that Maple Ridge Zone Amending No. 6840-2011 to permit future construction of townhouses given second reading and be forwarded to Public Hearing. The Manager of Development and Environmental Services gave a Power Point presentation providing the following information: Committee of the Whole Minutes July 9, 2012 Page 2 of 4 • Application Information • Neighbourhood Context • OCP Context • Site Characteristics • Site Plan • Elevations • Landscape Plan RECOMMENDATION That the staff report be forwarded to the Council Meeting of July 10, 2012. 1102 2011-082-RZ, 10150 and 10190 Jackson Road, Staff report dated July 9, 2012 recommending that second reading of Maple Ridge Official Community Plan Amending Bylaw No. 6928-2012 be rescinded and that Maple Ridge Official Community Plan Amending Bylaw No. 6928- 2012 as amended, be given second reading and be forwarded to Public Hearing. The Manager of Development and Environmental Services gave a Power Point presentation providing the following information: • Application Information • Neighbourhood Context • OCP Context RECOMMENDATION That the staff report be forwarded to the Council Meeting of July 10, 2012. 1103 2012-061-AL, 23451105 Avenue, Application to Exclude Land from the Agricultural Land Reserve Staff report dated July 9, 2012 recommending options for consideration of Application 2012-061-AL. The Planner gave a Power Point presentation providing the following information: • Application Information • Neighbourhood Context • OCP Context • Site Characteristics • Considerations Committee of the Whole Minutes July 9, 2012 Page 3 of 4 Sherry Gordon -Applicant Representative Ms. Gordon read a statement listing the owner's reasons for requesting that the application be forwarded to the Agricultural Land Commission. John Wynnyk -Applicant Mr. Wynnk provided information on questions pertaining to work done on the property. He advised on the history and spoke to issues on the property. RECOMMENDATION That the staff report be forwarded to the Council Meeting of July 10, 2012. 1104 Excess Capacity/Extended Services Agreement LC 144/11, 240 Street and 103 Avenue Staff report dated July 9, 2012 recommending that the Corporate Officer be authorized to sign and seal Excess Capacity Latecomer Agreement LC 144/11. RECOMMENDA T/ON That the staff report be forwarded to the Council Meeting of July 10, 2012. 3. FINANCIAL AND CORPORATE SERVICES (including Fire and Police) 1131 Disbursements for the month ended May 31, 2012 Staff report dated July 9, 2012 recommending that the disbursements for the month ended May 31, 2012 be approved . RECOMMENDATION That the staff report be forwarded to the Council Meeting of July 10, 2012. 1132 Police Services Fee Schedule Review Staff report dated July 9, 2012 recommending that Maple Ridge Police Service Fees Bylaw No. 6937-2012 to impose fees for administrative police services be given first, second and third readings.
