Benson, Corporate Officer Note: These Minutes are also posted on the City's Web Site at www.mapleridge.ca 1.0 CALL TO ORDER 2.0 APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA R/2017-014 It was moved and seconded That the agenda for the January 16, 2018 Special Council Meeting be approved. CARRIED 3.0 NOTICE OF CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING R/2017-015 It was moved and seconded That the meeting following this meeting at 6:00 p.m. be closed to the public pursuant to Sections 90 (1) and 90 (2) of the Community Charter as the subject matter being considered relates to the following: Special Council Meeting Minutes January 16, 2018 Page 2 of 2 Section 90(1)(a) Section 90(1)(f) Section 90(1)(g) Section 90(1)U) Personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position on a Board as appointed by the municipality. Law enforcement, if the council considers that disclosure might reasonably be expected to harm the conduct of an investigation under or enforcement of an enactment. Litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality. Information that is prohibited or information that if it were presented in a document would be prohibited from disclosure under section 21 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Any other matter that may be brought before the Council that meets the requirements for a meeting closed to the public pursuant to Sections 90 (1) and 90 (2) of the Community Charter or Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
