Presentation of a staff report dated October 31, 2005 recommending that Maple
Ridge Zone Amending Bylaw No. 6364-2005 to rezone the subject property from
RS-3 (One Family Rural Residential) to R-1 (Residential District) to permit
future subdivision into 25 lots, be read a first time and be forwarded to Public
Hearing.
The Manager Development and Environmental Services gave a Power Point

Presentation of a staff report dated November 8, 2005 recommending that Maple
Ridge Zone Amending Bylaw No. 6362-2005 to rezone the subject property from
RS-1 (One Family Urban Residential) to RM-2 (Medium Density Apartment
Residential) to permit construction of a four-storey, 58 unit apartment, be read a
first time and be forwarded to Public Hearing.
The Manager Development and Environmental Services gave a Power Point

Ridge Zone Amending Bylaw No. 6257-2004 to rezone the subject property from

development of 10 detached townhouse units, be read a third time.

1107 Santa Parade and Christmas Festival in the Park
Staff report dated October 31, 2005 that the Ridge Meadows Community Festival
Society be authorized to use municipal streets for the annual Santa Parade and
Christmas Festival in the park on Saturday December 3, 2005.
RECOMMENDATION

Bill Archibald
Mr. Archibald spoke of the need for staff and developers to work with the
equestrian community to maintain and enhance the horse trail network.
