Approval of the Agenda R/2023-S(C)-023 Moved, seconded, and CARRIED THAT the agenda of the April 18, 2023, Special Council meeting be adopted as circulated. 2. GENERAL MAITERS 2.1 Resolution to Exclude the Public R/2023-S(C)-024 Moved, seconded, and CARRIED THAT, pursuant to section 90 of the Community Charter, this meeting be closed to the public as the subject matters being considered relate to the following: • 90(1)(i) -the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; • 90(2)(b) -the consideration of information received and held in confidence relating to negotiations between the municipality and a provincial Document: 3314140

Any other matter that may be brought before the Council that meets the requirements for a meeting closed to the public pursuant to Sections 90 (1) and 90 (2) of the Community Charter or Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. 3.
