SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
JULY 18, 2023
The Minutes of the City Council Meeting held virtually and hosted in the Council Chambers on
July 18, 2023, at 1:00 pm at City Hall, 11995 Haney Place, Maple Ridge, British Columbia for
the purpose of transacting special City business.

THAT the agenda of the July 18, 2023, Special Council meeting be amended to add
a new Item 5.0 Chief Administrative Officer Update.

THAT the agenda of the July 18, 2023, Special Council meeting be adopted as
amended.

THAT, pursuant to section 90 of the Community Charter, this meeting be closed to
the public as the subject matters being considered relate to the following:
• 90(1)(g) -litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality;

• 90(1)(i) -the receipt of information that is subject to solicitor-client privilege,
including communications necessary for that purpose;
