PUBLIC HEARING
August 27, 2013
The Minutes of the Public Hearing held in the Council Chamber of the Municipal Hall, 11995
Haney Place, Maple Ridge, British Columbia on August 27, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.

Mayor Daykin called the meeting to order. The Manager of Legislative Services explained the
procedure and rules of order of the Public Hearing and advised that the bylaws will be
considered further at the next Council Meeting on August 27, 2013.
The Mayor then called upon the Manager of Development and Environmental Services to
present the following items on the agenda:

Maple Ridge Zone Amending Bylaw No. 6912-2012

To permit future subdivision into two lots.
The Manager of Legislative Services advised that no correspondence was received on this
item.

providing the following information:

There being no comment, the Mayor declared this item dealt with.

amended by adding the following in the correct sequence:
The gross floor area of all permitted Principal Uses shall not in the
aggregate exceed 481.1 m2 on the first floor and the gross floor
area of Apartment Uses on the second floor shall not exceed 221.38
m2 on Lot "C" District Lot 404 Group 1 New Westminster District

Ms. Wynnyk asked wither there will be off street visitor parking on the site.
The Manager of Development and Environmental Services advised parking components of
the application.
There being no further comment, the Mayor declared this item dealt with.
