declare that I have read and understand the regulations contained within the current Maple Ridge Building Bylaw.
a. I acknowledge that the activities undertaken by or on behalf of the City of Maple Ridge pursuant to this Bylaw are for
the sole purpose of providing a limited spot check for health, safety and the protection of persons and property.
Furthermore, I confirm that I have read and understand Section 3 “Purpose of Bylaw” in its entirety. Initial:

Professionals are reviewing plans, drawings, specifications and supporting documents submitted with the building
permit application.

I understand that I should seek independent legal advice in respect of the responsibilities I am assuming upon the
granting of a building permit by the City of Maple Ridge, pursuant to the application and in respect of the execution of
this acknowledgment.
