As work has been performed on the following property without benefit of permits a pre-inspection is required
prior to applications being made for the noted work. This is required to identify issues that are evident and to
provide the applicant with a starting point to begin the process of having the work comply with the codes and
bylaws that regulate construction. Alternatively it may be decided to remove the work in which case permits may
still be required.

If cooking facilities have been installed and you wish to retain the cooking facilities then you must comply with
the BC Building Code and the City of Maple Ridge Zoning Bylaw requirements around these types of uses.
