Multi Family Dwellings are charged on a per building basis with an additional charge of $30.00 per unit
For one and two family dwellings, including additions, the permit fee shall be 15% of the building permit fee or the minimum electrical permit fee,
which ever is greater. Additional charges as outlined on the electrical application form will apply when the electrical permit is taken out in
conjunction with a building permit.
Note: NO temporary construction services will be issued without
an issued building or site servicing permit.

six Location - Valid for 180 days
Seven Location - Valid for 180 days
Eight Location - Valid for 180 days
Nine Location - Valid for 180 days
Four Location - Valid for 180 days
One Location - Valid for 180 days
Two Location - Valid for 180 days

Fees for all other work not included above shall be based on estimated cost of work as outlined below.
(com/ind/inst/multifd/ plus sheds garages sundecks, basement finishes etc.)
