An owner of a building or dwelling unit may change the
civic address or assigned number for that building or
dwelling unit by applying to the Director of Inspection
Services and by paying Two Hundred ($200.00) dollars
for the first number changed and forty ($40.00) dollars
for each subsequent number changed up to a maximum
of One Thousand ($1,000) dollars.
