There will be no public opening for this Invitation to Quote.
The City may not necessarily accept the lowest price quoted, or any quotation. At its
sole discretion, the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to
accept any bid which it considers advantageous, whether or not it is the lowest priced
quote. The City is not under any obligation to award a contract, and reserves the right
to terminate the Invitation to Quote process at any time, and to withdraw from
discussions with all or any of the potential Contractors who have responded.
Once a contract has been awarded the name(s) of the successful Contractor will be
available to anyone upon request. All submissions become the property of the City of
Maple Ridge and are subject to the Freedom of Information and Privacy Legislation.
