INVITATION TO QUOTE
ITQ-OP15-02 Roadside Flail Mowing Services
The City of Maple Ridge invites quotations from qualified contractors for the Roadside Flail
Mowing Services, see Part D Scope of Work and Requirements for more details.
The successful contractor(s)will be required to supply tractor mounted flail mowers to mow tall
grass, brush, and other vegetation from roadsides.
The contract term is expected to be for a one (1) year period with the option to extend for two (2)
additional one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City.
Quotations are requested to be submi tted electronically for receipt on or before the closing
time of 2:00 P.M. Local Time, February 11, 2015
Submission of Quotations :
Electronic quotations should be clearly marked “ITQ-OP15-02 – Roadside Flail Mowing
Services” and emailed to: procurement@mapleridge.ca
Electronic quote submissions should not exceed 10 MB in size.
Quotations received after the closing date and time may or may not be considered. Facsimile
submissions will not be considered .
There will be no public opening for this Invitation to Quote (ITQ).No information will be
disclosed from the time of bid opening to the time a contract is awarded.
Once a contract has been awarded the successful Bidder’s name will be available upon request.
All submissions become the property of the City of Maple Ridge and are subject to the Freedom
of Information and Privacy Legislation.
