INVITATION TO QUOTE
ITQ-OP15-12 Roadside Brushing Services
The City of Maple Ridge invites quotations from qualified contractors for Roadside Brushing
Services.
The successful contractor will be required to supply all equipment and manpower to remove and
dispose of tree branches and other brush from above and along road surfaces.See Part D
Scope of Work and Requirements, and Appendix II Form of Quote for more details.
The Invitation to Quote is posted and available for download on the BC Bid website
(www.bcbid.ca).Please note that it is the responsibility of the Bidder to occasionally check the
website to ensure they receive addendums that may be posted there.
Quotations are requested to be submi tted electronically for receipt on or before the closing
time of 2:00 P.M. Local Time, March 31 , 2015
Submission of Quotations :
Electronic quotations should be clearly marked “ITQ-OP15-12 – Roadside Brushing
Services” and emailed to: procurement@mapleridge.ca
When submitting your quote, you will receive confirmation by automatic reply.
Electronic quote submissions should not exceed 10 MB in size.
Quotations received after the closing date and time may or may not be considered. Facsimile
submissions will not be considered .
There will be no public opening for this Invitation to Quote (ITQ).No information will be
disclosed from the time of bid opening to the time a contract is awarded.
Once a contract has been awarded the successful Bidder’s name will be available upon request.
All submissions become the property of the City of Maple Ridge and are subject to the Freedom
of Information and Privacy Legislation.
