Request for Standing Offer
RFSO-PLA15-10 ENVIRONMENTAL RESTORATION and PLANTING SERVICES
INVITATION
The City of Maple Ridge invites standing offers from interested and experienced Landscape
Restoration Contractors, to provide all the necessary materials, labour, tools and equipment for
environmental restoration services on an “as, and when required” basis within the City.
The purpose of this call for offers is to create a ‘short list’ of qualified contractors who may be
requested on an ‘on call basis’ to support the City for a two (2) year period commencing
approximately May 10, 2015, through to May 09, 2017.
Offers to be submitted electronically for receipt on or before the closing time of 2:00 PM Local Time
May 07, 2015. Electronic submissions should be clearly marked “RFSO-PLA15-10 – Environmental
Restoration and Planting Services” and emailed to: nwalsh@mapleridge.ca
Facsimile submissions will not be considered. Submissions received after the closing date and time
may or may not be considered.
Hand delivered submissions will be accepted to:

Email submissions will be considered to nwalsh@mapleridge.ca . Quotations received after the
closing date and time may or may not be considered.
If hand delivering, Offerers are requested to provide one signed original, and one copy of their hard
copy offer, and as an option (not mandatory), along with the signed hard copy, submit a secondary
electronic copy of the offer on memory stick flash drive in PDF.
In case of any conflict between the paper and electronic versions of the offer, (if submitted) the
paper hard copy shall prevail.

available for download from the BC Bid website at www.bcbid.ca.
All submissions become the property of the City of Maple Ridge and are subject to the Freedom of
Information and Privacy Legislation.
