REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
RFEI-PL15-11 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY
The City of Maple Ridge on behalf of the Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows Parks and Leisure Services
Commission is seeking submissions from qualified, experienced Firms or Individuals who are
interested in a sponsorship opportunity for our two outdoor pools; Hammond Outdoor Pool
located at 20601 Westfield, Maple Ridge and Harris Outdoor Pool located at 12460 Harris Road,
Pitt Meadows. Both facilities are located on City-owned land in the vicinity of other high use
dedicated outdoor recreational areas.

Submission Date: March 24, 2015 at 2:00 pm (local time)
The City may, entirely at its discretion, consider submissions that arrive after this time.
Submissions will not be opened publicly.
The City of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all submissions or to accept
the submission deemed most favourable in the interest of the City. The City will not be
responsible for any cost incurred by the applicant in preparing their submission.
