REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
RFP-EN15-03 Bus Bench and Advertising Services
The City of Maple Ridge invites Proposals for the design,manufacture,supply,installation,ongoing maintenance,
cleaning,repair,relocation and ultimate removal of bus benches with Advertising Panels within the City.As detailed in
the RFP,advertising will be permitted on specified elements,providing revenue opportunities to the Contractor and
the City.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) document is available for download from the BC Bid website at www.bcbid.ca.
Proposals clearly marked,“RFP-EN15-03 Bus Bench and Advertising Services ”are requested by the closing
time of 2:00 P.M. Local Time, March 17, 2015 at the following address:

If delivering hard copies to the address above,Proponents are requested to provide one signed original,and two
copies of their Proposal.
Electronic Submission of Proposals:
Proposals may also be emailed to: procurement@mapleridge.ca
If submitting your proposal by email, you will receive confirmation by automatic reply.
Electronic quote submissions should not exceed 10 MB in size. Please submit multiple emails if file size exceeds
10 MB.
Facsimile machine Proposals will not be considered.Proposals received after the closing time may or may not be
considered.
There will be no public opening for this Request for Proposal (RFP).No information will be disclosed from the time of
Proposal opening to the time a contract is awarded.
The highest revenue Proposal or any Proposal will not necessarily be accepted.The City reserves the right to accept
a Proposal which,in its unfettered discretion,is deemed most advantageous.The City also reserves the right toreject
any or all Proposals, in each case without giving any notice, and without liability to any Proponent or Proponents.
Once a contract has been awarded the successful Proponent’s name will be available upon request.All Proposals
become the property of the City of Maple Ridge and are subject to the Freedom of Information and Privacy Legislation.
