INVITATION
The City of Maple Ridge on behalf of the Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows Parks and Leisure Services
Commission invites Proposals from interested organizations with proven capacity,qualifications,
and experience for the supply,installation,and maintenance of food and beverage vending
machines at three 3 facilities located within Parks and Recreation Facilities throughout the City
of M a ple Rid ge a nd the City of Pitt M ead ows.
This Request for Proposal is posted and available for download on the BC Bid website
(www.bcbid.ca).Please note that it is the responsibility of the Proponent to occasionally check
the website to ensure they receive addendums that may be posted there.
All proposals to be submitted electronically for receipt on or before the closing time of 2:00
P.M. Local Time October 30, 2015 :
Submission of Proposals :
Electronic submissions should be clearly marked “RFP-PL15-55 – Vending Machine Services
“ and emailed to: procurement@mapleridge.ca
When submitting your proposal via email, you will receive confirmation by automatic reply.
Electronic proposals via email should not exceed 10 MB in size.
Facsimile machine Proposals will not be considered.Proposals received after the closing
time may or may not be considered.
There will be no public opening for this Request for Proposal (RFP).
All submissions become the property of the City of Maple Ridge and are subject to the Freedom
of Information and Privacy Legislation.
