Request for Qualifications
RFQ-PL15-62 HVAC SERVICES
The City of Maple Ridge is establishing a Select List of pre-qualified HVAC service providers
who,if selected,may be invited to participate in subsequent Request for Proposal for the supply
and delivery of HVAC preventative maintenance services at various facilities for the City of
Maple Ridge.The resulting yearly HVAC services contract is expected to start February 2015
with an option of possibly renewing the contract for four (4)one (1)year extensions,for a
maximum contract term of five (5)years.Only those contractors who have been pre-qualified
will be invited by Select Invitation to compete for this contract.
The request for qualifications is posted and available for download on the BC Bid website)
(www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca)Please note that it is the responsibility of the Respondent to
occasionally check the website to ensure they receive addendums that may be posted there.
All submissions are requested to be sent electronically for receipt on or before the
closing time of 2:00 P.M. Local Time January 14, 2016 :
Electronic submissions should be clearly marked “RFQ-PL15-62 – HVAC Services
“and emailed to: procurement@mapleridge.ca
When submitting via email, you will receive confirmation by automatic reply.
Electronic submissions via email should not exceed 10 MB in size.
Facsimile machine submissions will not be considered.Submissions received after
the closing time may or may not be considered.
There will be no public opening for this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
All submissions become the property of the City of Maple Ridge and are subject to the
Freedom of Information and Privacy Legislation.

Submission of a pre-qualification application does not guarantee inclusion on a resulting short-
list of pre-qualified contractors.The City reserves the right to limit the number of pre-qualified
contractors invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposal process.
