Genset Supply and Replacement
INVITATION
The City of Maple Ridge (hereinafter called the City) invites quotations from interested and
qualified parties for the supply and replacement of an existing genset at the City’s Fire Hall
#3 located at 11777-203 Street, Maple Ridge, BC.
Bid documents will be available on or before July 5, 2016 for download from the BCBid website at
www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
Proposal response to be submitted on or before:
ITQ Closing Date: July 26, 2016
ITQ Closing Time: 2:00 pm local time
ITQ Deposit Place: Refer to ITQ document
A MANDATORY site meeting is scheduled for 10:30 am (local time) on July 14, 2016 at Fire
Hall #3 located at 11777 203 Street, Maple Ridge, BC.
Attendance is Mandatory to submitting a Quote to have your submissions considered. This
is a secured site and access is only permissible by escort of a City Representative.
There will be no public opening for this Invitation to Quote (ITQ). No information will be disclosed
from the time of Bid opening to the time a contract is awarded.
Once a contract has been awarded the successful Bidder’s name will be available upon request. All
submissions become the property of the City of Maple Ridge and are subject to the Freedom of
Information and Privacy Legislation.
The City of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all submissions or to accept the
submission deemed most favorable in the interest of the City. The lowest or any submission may not
necessarily be accepted and the City will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the Bidder in
preparation of their submission.
