HomeMy WebLinkAboutInvitation to Quote: ITQ-PL16-13 - Parks Refuse Collection ServicesInvitation to Quote ITQ-PL16-13 Parks Refuse Collection Services The City of Maple Ridge on behalf of the Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows Parks and Leisure Services Commission invites quotations from qualified contractors for Parks Refuse Collection Services in City Parks in both the City of Maple Ridge and the City of Pitt Meadows. More detailed information can be found in Part D Scope of Work and Requirements in the ITQ document. The successful contractor(s) will be required to provide all labour, materials and equipment necessary to pick up refuse from City owned containers , located at various City Park sites and to load waste into Contractor’s refuse hauling vehicle for subsequent disposal at Contractor’s disposal facility. Bid Documents are available for download from BCBid at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Proposal response to be submitted on or before: RFP Closing Date: March 30, 2016 RFP Closing Time: 2:00 pm local time RFP Deposit Place: Proposal submissions are to be uploaded electronically to the City’s confidential file transfer service accessed at the following link: ITQ-PL16-13 Parks Refuse Collection Services Submission Last day for questions regarding this opportunity will be March 16, 2016. The City will answer all questions no later than March 18, 2016. The file name should be your “Company Name” followed by the “Project Number” of this opportunity. 1. Upload files in .pdf format and send. 2. System will automatically acknowledge successful upload. Submissions will be deemed successfully received when displayed as a new email in the inbox of the City email address. The City will not be liable for any delay for any reason including technological delays, or issues by either party’s network or email program, and the City will not be liable for any damages associated with submissions not received. If your submission arrives after the closing date and time noted above, the City reserves the right entirely at its discretion to give or not give such submissions consideration. The City of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all submissions or to accept the submission deemed most favorable in the interest of the City. The lowest or any submission may not necessarily be accepted and the City will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the Bidder in preparing their submission.
