Invitation to Quote
The City of Maple Ridge (hereinafter referred to as “the City”) invites submissions from interested
and experienced parties for the renovation of the lacrosse Box located at Thomas Haney Centre,
23000 116th Avenue, Maple Ridge BC.
The completed Invitation to Quote document may be downloaded from BC Bid website:
www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
The City is requesting Submissions to be submitted on or before:
ITQ Closing Date: December 21, 2016
ITQ Closing Time: 2:00 pm local time
ITQ Deposit Place: See ITQ document for full details
A Non-Mandatory SITE TOUR will be held on December 7st, 2016 at 9:00 am beginning at the south
end of the parking lot at Thomas Haney Secondary School, located at 23000 116th Avenue, Maple
Ridge BC.
There will be no public opening for this Invitation to Quote (ITQ). No information will be disclosed
from the time of Bid opening to the time a contract is awarded.
Once a contract has been awarded the successful Bidder’s name will be available upon request. All
Submissions become the property of the City of Maple Ridge and are subject to the Freedom of
Information and Privacy Legislation.
The City of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions or to accept the
Submission deemed most favorable in the interest of the City. The lowest or any Submission may
not necessarily be accepted and the City will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the Bidder in
preparing the Submission.
The awarding of a contract may be subject to the Municipal Council approving the award of a
contract to the successful Bidder. The City reserves the right to cancel this Request for Submission,
without any obligation to any Bidder, should Council approval not be received.
