Request for Expression of Interest
Project Title: On-Call Contractor Services
Project No.: RFEI-OP16-59
Through this Request for Expression of Interest the City of Maple Ridge is seeking to improve its
knowledge of companies and/or contractors interested in providing ‘as and when required’ on call
contractor services outside of regular business hours. The work will be related to manual labour and
the operation of various small tools and specialized equipment as required in the event City
Operations have urgent requirements for additional labour and equipment services.
Firms interested in this opportunity are invited to obtain a Request for Expression of Interest package
containing the requirements and complete instructions for submission of a response. Information
packages may be obtained from BC Bid: www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
RFEI Closing Date: Monday, December 5, 2016
RFEI Closing Time: 2:00 pm Pacific Time
RFEI Deposit Place: RFEI submissions are to be uploaded electronically to the City’s
confidential file transfer service. See the RFEI document for complete
details.

The City may reject late submissions. There will be no public opening for this Request for Expression
of Interest.
The City of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all submissions or to select the
Respondent deemed most favorable in the interest of the City. The City will not be responsible for
any cost incurred by the Respondent in preparing their submission
