HomeMy WebLinkAboutRequest for Proposal: RFP-AD16-60 - Supply and Installation of Shelving and Storage EquipmentINVITATION The City of Maple Ridge (hereinafter referred to as “the City”) invites proposal submissions from interested and experienced parties for the design, supply and install of archival shelving and storage equipment at the Randy Herman Building in Maple Ridge, BC. The work consists of the design, supply and installation of a new archival shelving storage solution in vacant designated storage room at the same site. The City is requesting proposals to be submitted on or before: RFP Closing Date: January 10, 2016 RFP Closing Time: 2:00 pm local time RFP Deposit Place: See RFP document for full details A Non-Mandatory Site Visit will be held on December 20, 2016. Please see RFP document for full details. There will be no public opening for this Request for Proposal (RFP). No information will be disclosed from the time of Bid opening to the time a contract is awarded. Once a contract has been awarded the successful Proponent’s name will be available upon request. All Proposals become the property of the City of Maple Ridge and are subject to the Freedom of Information and Privacy Legislation. The City of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to accept the Proposal deemed most favorable in the interest of the City. The lowest or any Proposal may not necessarily be accepted and the City will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the Proponent in preparing the Proposal. The awarding of a contract may be subject to the Municipal Council approving the award of a contract to the successful Proponent. The City reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal, without any obligation to any Proponent, should Council approval not be received.
