PROJECT: RFP-CL16-65 Parking Management Services, Downtown Maple Ridge, BC
The City of Maple Ridge is seeking submissions from qualified Proponents to manage the
overall operations of the City-owned parking facilities in the Town Centre.The civic addresses
of the subject parking facilities along with other detailed information is contained in the Request
for Proposal document which may be downloaded from the BC Bid website:
http://www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca/open.dll/welcome.
Proposal response to be submitted on or before:
RFP Closing Date:February 2, 2017
RFP Closing Time:2:00 pm local time
RFP Deposit Place:Proposal submissions are to be uploaded electronically to the
City’s file transfer service accessed at the link provided in the
Request for Proposal document.
If your Proposal arrives after the closing date and time noted above,the City reserves the right
entirely at its discretion to give or not give such Proposals consideration.
There will be no public opening for this Request for Proposal.
The City of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to accept the
Proposal deemed the most favorable in the interest of the City,and the City will not be
responsible for any cost incurred by the Proponent in preparing the Proposal.
All queries related to this RFP shall be submitted no later than end of day January 17, 2017 and
shall be submitted in writing to the attention of:
