REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
PROJECT: RFP-FD16-33 Supply and Install Dash Mounted Camera Systems
Proposals are invited from qualified contractors for the supply, deliver and installation of dash
mounted cameras in the emergency response vehicles used by the City of Maple Ridge Fire Rescue
Services. There are two types of vehicles in use, one being the administration pickups trucks/SUVs and
the other being the larger fire apparatus. The systems may be the same for either type of vehicle or
may be different for the types as space and operational requirements may dictate.

Proposal response to be submitted on or before:
RFP Closing Date: Wednesday, May 25, 2016
RFP Closing Time: 2:00 pm, local time

The City will not be liable for any delay for any reason including technological delays, or issues by either
party’s network or email program, and the City will not be liable for any damages associated with
Submissions not received.
The City may, entirely at its discretion, consider Proposals that arrive after this time. This Request for
Proposal will not be opened publicly.
The City of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to accept the Proposal
deemed most favorable in the interest of the City. The lowest or any Proposal may not necessarily be
accepted and the City will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the Proponent in preparing the
Proposal.
