PROJECT: RFP-FD16-52 Supply and Delivery of Thermal Imaging Equipment for the City of Maple
Ridge Fire Rescue Services
The City of Maple Ridge is seeking proposals from qualified and experience providers for the
supply, delivery and servicing of thermal imaging equipment, for the City of Maple Ridge Fire
Rescue Services. It is the City’s intent to order two (2) units immediately with the intent to establish
an ‘as and when required’ supply and delivery agreement for future equipment with a preferred
vendor.

Responses are requested on or before:

The City may, entirely at its discretion, consider Proposals that arrive after this time. This Request for
Proposal will not be opened publicly.
The City of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to accept the submission
deemed most favourable in the interest of the City. The City will not be responsible for any cost
incurred by the Proponent in preparing the Proposal.
All queries related to this RFP shall be no less than five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date
