INVITATION
The City of Maple Ridge is requesting proposal submissions from interested and qualified
parties for the design,supply,and install of additional climbing walls within the Greg Moore
Youth Facility.
The Request for Proposal is posted and available for download on the BC Bid website
(www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca).Please note that it is the responsibility of the Proponent to occasionally
check the website to ensure they receive addendums that may be posted there.
A Non Mandatory Site Tour will be held on February 26, 2016, at 10:00am.
Proposals clearly marked,“RFP-PL16-01 Climbing Wall Expansion at Greg Moore Youth
Facility ”are requested to be received by the closing time of 2:00 P.M.Local Time,March 11,
2016 to the following:

Facsimile Proposals will not be considered.Proposals received after the closing date and time
may or may not be considered.
There will be no public opening for this Request for Proposal (RFP).No information will be
disclosed from the time of Bid opening to the time a contract is awarded.
Once a contract has been awarded the successful Proponent’s name will be available upon
request.All Proposals become the property of the City of Maple Ridge and are subject to the
Freedom of Information and Privacy Legislation.
