INVITATION
The City of Maple Ridge invites proposals from experienced and qualified tree services
companies,to provide all the necessary materials,labour,tools and equipment for various tree
services required throughout the City of Maple Ridge.
The request for proposal is posted and available for download on the BC Bid website
(www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca).Please note that it is the responsibility of the Proponent to occasionally
check the website to ensure they receive addendums that may be posted there.
Proposals clearly marked,“RFP-PL16-02 Tree Services”are requested to be received by the
closing time of 2:00 P.M.Local Time,March 9, 2016 sent to the following email address:
procurement@mapleridge.ca
Electronic submissions via email should not exceed 10 MB in size.
Proposals may also be submitted in a sealed packaged clearly marked “RFP-PL16-02 – Tree
Services ” to the following:

Facsimile machine Proposals will not be considered.Proposals received after the closing
time may or may not be considered.
There will be no public opening for this Request for Proposal (RFP).
All submissions become the property of the City of Maple Ridge and are subject to the Freedom
of Information and Privacy Legislation.
