Consulting Services: Synthetic Sports Field Design

INVITATION
The City of Maple Ridge is soliciting a statement of qualifications from interested consultants and or
consulting teams for the purpose to be pre-qualified for a subsequent Request for Proposal(s) to be
issued imminently in 2017. The scope of future consulting services will consist of, but is not limited
to, collaborating with City Staff for the planning, design and installation of synthetic sport field and
improved parks amenities at two (2) separate park locations in the City of Maple Ridge.
Companies interested in this opportunity are invited to review and respond to this Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) package which is available for download from BC Bid: www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
The City is requesting Submissions to be submitted on or before:
RFQ Closing Date: January 18, 2017
RFQ Closing Time: 2:00 pm local time
RFQ Deposit Place: See RFQ Document for full details
Submissions received after the closing date and time may or may not be considered. There will be
no public opening for this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). All Submissions become the property of
the City of Maple Ridge and are subject to the Freedom of Information and Privacy Legislation.
The City of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all submissions or to accept the
submission(s) deemed most favorable in the interest of the City. The City will not be responsible for
any cost incurred by the Proponent in preparing the submission.
