ITQ-OP17-71
LOCAL COURIER SERVICES
The City of Maple Ridge is inviting Quotation submissions for local courier services. The City is
seeking a provider of reliable, professional, and courteous courier service provider(s) on an “as, if,
and when required” basis, to and from various communities within Metro Vancouver, the Fraser
Valley, and City of Maple Ridge sites.
The completed Invitation to Quote document may be downloaded from BC Bid website:
www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
Submissions are requested on or before:
ITQ Closing Date: October 12, 2017
ITQ Closing Time: 2:00 pm local time
ITQ D Deposit Location: See ITQ document for full details.
Submissions received after the closing date and time may or may not be considered.
There will be no public opening for this Invitation to Quote (ITQ). No information will be disclosed from
the time of Bid opening to the time a contract is awarded.
Once a contract has been awarded the successful Bidder’s name will be available upon request. All
Submissions become the property of the City of Maple Ridge and are subject to the Freedom of
Information and Privacy Legislation.
The City of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions or to accept the Submission
deemed most favorable in the interest of the City. The lowest or any Submission may not necessarily
be accepted and the City will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the Bidder in preparing the
Submission.
