Netting and Backstop Construction at Hammond Stadium

INVITATION
The City of Maple Ridge (hereinafter called the City) invites quotations from interested and
qualified parties for the supply and installation of baseball backstop netting structure for an
existing baseball playing field at Hammond Stadium Park located at 20601 Westfield
Avenue, Maple Ridge, BC.
The City is requesting Quotes to be submitted on or before:
ITQ Closing Date: February 23rd, 2017
ITQ Closing Time: 2:00 pm local time
ITQ Deposit Place: See ITQ document for complete details
A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Friday, February 10, 2017 starting at 8:30am.
The City will not be liable for any delay for any reason including technological delays, or issues by
either party’s network or email program, and the City will not be liable for any damages associated
with Submissions not received.
Facsimile Quotes will not be considered. Quotes received after the closing date and time may or may
not be considered.
There will be no public opening for this Request for Quote (ITQ). No information will be disclosed
from the time of Bid opening to the time a contract is awarded.
Once a contract has been awarded the successful Proponent’s name will be available upon request.
All Quotes become the property of the City of Maple Ridge and are subject to the Freedom of
Information and Privacy Legislation.
