RFP-ED17-32 Consulting Services: Hotel Feasibility Study
The City of Maple Ridge requests Proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a market feasibility
study for a private-sector operator to construct and operate a full-service hotel in Maple Ridge.
Proposal response to be submitted on or before:
RFP Closing Date: June 01, 2017
RFP Closing Time: 2:00 pm local time
RFP Deposit Place: See RFP document for full details.
Proposal document is available for download from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
Proposals received after the closing date and time noted above, may or may not be considered.
There will be no public opening for this Request for Proposal.
All submissions become the property of the City of Maple Ridge and will not be returned to the
Proponent.
The City of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to accept the Proposal
deemed most favorable in the interest of the City. The lowest or any Proposal may not necessarily be
accepted and the City will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the Proponent in preparing the
Proposal.
