RFP-FI17-59 – Audit Services
The City of Maple Ridge (the City)invites Proposals from qualified accounting firms for professional
services to audit the annual consolidated financial statements of the City of Maple Ridge and its wholly
owned subsidiaries C.D.M.R.Developments Ltd.and Maple Ridge Municipal Holdings Ltd.and to provide
further financial advice and guidance.

www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
Responses are to be submitted on or before:
RFP Closing Date:August 17, 2017
RFP Closing Time:2:00 pm local time
RFP Deposit Place:Proposal submissions are to be uploaded electronically to the City’s file
transfer service accessed at the link provided in the Request for
Proposal document.
If your Submission arrives after the closing date and time noted above,the City reserves the right
entirely at its discretion to give or not give such Submission consideration.
There will be no public opening for this Request for Proposal.
The City will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the Submission in preparing a response.
The City of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to accept the Proposal
deemed most favourable in the interest of the City.The lowest or any Proposal may not necessarily be
accepted and the City will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the Proponent in preparing the
Proposal.
