The City of Maple Ridge (hereinafter referred to as the ‘City’), requests proposals for the provision of
computer hardware replacement including after sale support services. A copy of the Request for
Proposal may be downloaded from BC Bid: www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
A non-mandatory information session will be held on August 22, 2017 at City of Maple Ridge
Municipal Hall located at 11995 Haney Place, Maple Ridge, BC. The session will be held in the
Blaney Room starting at 11:00 am.
Proposal response to be submitted on or before:
RFP Closing Date: September 7, 2017
RFP Closing Time: 2:00 pm local time
RFP Deposit Place: See RFP document for full details.
Proposals received after the closing date and time may or may not be considered. There will be no
public opening for this Request for Proposal.
Once a contract has been awarded the successful Proponent’s name will be available upon request.
All Proposals become the property of the City of Maple Ridge and are subject to the Freedom of
Information and Privacy Legislation.
The City of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to accept the Proposal(s)
deemed most favorable in the interest of the City. The lowest or any Proposal may not necessarily be
accepted and the City will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the Proponent in preparing the
Proposal. The City reserves the right to award some, none or all equipment to one or more
Proponent(s) if deemed in the best interests of the City.
The awarding of a contract will be subject to the Municipal Council approving the award of a contract
to the successful Proponent. The City reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal, without
any obligation to any Proponent, should Council approval not be received.
