Project: RFP-PLA17-29 Consulting Services - Food Hub Implementation Plan
The City of Maple Ridge is seeking consulting services to develop an implementation plan for a
food hub in Maple Ridge.
The completed Request for Proposal document may be downloaded from BC Bid website:
www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.

Proposals received after the closing date and time may or may not be considered. Proposals should
not exceed 25 pages in length.
There will be no public opening for this Request for Proposal.
Once a contract has been awarded the successful Proponent’s name will be available upon request.
All Proposals become the property of the City of Maple Ridge and are subject to the Freedom of
Information and Privacy Legislation.
The City of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to accept the Proposal(s)
deemed most favorable in the interest of the City. The lowest or any Proposal may not necessarily
be accepted and the City will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the Proponent in preparing
the Proposal. The City reserves the right to award both projects to one Proponent or to award either
project to separate Proponents if deemed in the best interests of the City.
