INVITATION
The City of Maple Ridge is soliciting a statement of qualifications from interested consultants and or
consulting teams for the purpose to be pre-qualified for a subsequent Request for Proposal(s) to be
issued at a later date. The scope of future consulting services will consists of, but is not limited to,
collaborating with City Staff for the planning, design and installation of infrastructure amenities at
the Whonnock Lake Park located at 27871 113 Avenue, Maple Ridge, B.C. and Albion Sports Park
located at 24460 104 Avenue, Maple Ridge, B.C.
Companies interested in this opportunity are invited to review and respond to this Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) package which is available for download from BC Bid: www.bcbid.ca.
RFQ Closing Date: February 14, 2017
RFQ Closing Time: 2:00 pm local time
RFQ Deposit Place: Please see RFQ document
Submissions will be deemed successfully received when displayed as a new email in the inbox of the
City email address.
There will be no public opening for this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
Request for Qualification documents are available for download from the BCBid website at
www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
The City of Maple Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all responses or to accept the response
deemed most favorable in the interest of the City.
The City reserves the right to cancel this Request for Qualifications, without any obligation to any
respondent.
