PURPOSE: The Greater Vancouver Regional District analyzed the ecologically sensitive lower reaches of Kanaka Creek Regional Park (from 240th Street to 232nd Street) and requested Council to ensure appropriate development standards for those urban lands adjacent to the Park boundary.
