– DETERMINATION POLICY NO. 5.10 APPROVAL DATE: May 3, 1993 POLICY STATEMENT: Municipal lands shall be deemed to be available for permanent disposition if the lands have no present or
future use for any municipal purpose and the lands are at their highest and best use or shall be at their highest and best use within six months of the proposed permanent disposition.
PURPOSE: To set a policy to govern when municipal lands shall be deemed to be available for permanent disposition. DEFINITIONS: Permanent disposition may include the long term leasing
and exchange of municipal lands
