June 23, 2004 Policy Statement: Requests for neighbourhood traffic management will be addressed in accordance with the strategies, practices and measures as contained in the document
titled “District of Maple Ridge Neighbourhood Traffic Management Practices, dated May 2004”. Purpose: Neighbourhood traffic issues are a concern of both the District and its residents.
The application of consistent practices ensures that neighbourhood traffic issues will be addressed in a balanced, efficient and cost effective manner that respects the needs for mobility
and safety of all road users. Definitions: See attached report titled “District of Maple Ridge Neighbourhood Traffic Management Practices dated May 2004”.
