PURPOSE: The complaint volume is escalating and the issuance of warning tickets where Fire Department personnel have attended and investigated does not appear to be encouraging compliance with the regulations of the Fire Prevention By-law. The only option to encourage compliance is the issuance of tickets pursuant to the Municipal Ticket Information System By-law No 4432-1990.
