Committee of the Whole Minutes March 16, 2009 Page 3 of 4 The Municipal Engineer clarified that the proposed sanitary sewer connection for Timberline Ranch will be the responsibility of the ranch and will be operated and maintained by the organization. He also advised that any changes to the use of the sewer connection will require the approval of Council.
