Staff report dated March 10, 2009 recommending that Timberline Ranch be
permitted to connect to the municipal sanitary sewer system.

The Municipal Engineer clarified that the proposed sanitary sewer connection
for Timberline Ranch will be the responsibility of the ranch and will be
operated and maintained by the organization. He also advised that any
changes to the use of the sewer connection will require the approval of
Council.

Mr. Schienke provided assurance that Timberline Ranch has no plans to subdivide in
the future and that the primary purpose for the request for a connection to the
municipal sanitary sewer system is to continue to provide services for the children
using the ranch.
