Mr. Guvi spoke on behalf of the Scott family. He provided a history of the 112
Avenue property and highlighted the issues the owners have dealt with since
their property was designated park and school in the 2006 OCP. He
requested that the District make a decision to purchase the property or
release it from the current OCP designation.
