into three lots under the RS-2 (One Family Suburban Residential) zone. RECOMMENDATION That the staff report be forwarded to the Council Meeting of July 26, 2011.

be authorized to sign and seal 2011-052-DP for the R-3 (Special Amenity Residential District) zoned lots. RECOMMENDATION That the staff report be forwarded to the Council Meeting of
July 2 26, 2011. 6, 1113 2011 2011-052 052-DVP, 23000 and 23024 136 Avenue Staff report dated July 18, 2011 recommending that the Corporate Officer be authorized to sign and seal 2011-052-DVP
to vary road right of way widths and carriageway widths in the Eco-cluster development and to vary the maximum building height for R-3 and R-1 zoned buildings. RECOMMENDATION That the
staff report be forwarded to the Council Meeting of July 26, 2011. 1114 2011 2011-083 083-SP, 28487 108 Avenue Staff report dated July 18, 2011 recommending that Application 2011-083-SP
for a fill permit for property at 28487 108 Avenue not be forwarded to the Agricultural Land Commission. The Manager of Development and Environmental Services gave a Power Point presentation

of the staff recommendation that the application not be forwarded to the Agricultural Land Commission.
Committee of the Whole Minutes July 18, 2011 Page 8 of 10 Gord Gordon on Knuttila – Applicant Representative Mr. Knuttila spoke to the process followed by the applicant to have the application
forwarded to the Agricultural Land Commission and outlined frustrations and concerns with the process. He provided a copy of a letter received by the applicant from the Agricultural
Land Commission to the Acting Corporate Officer and requested that the letter be included in a package being submitted to the Commission. He also provided an information package to
Council. RECOMMENDATION That the staff report be forwarded to the Council Meeting of July 26, 2011. 1115 Award of Contract, RFP No. E02 E02-010 010-162, Design and Engineering Services
232 Street Bridge over North Alouette River Staff report dated July 18, 2011 recommending that the contract for design and engineering services for the 232 Street Bridge over North
Alouette River be awarded to Delcan Corporation and that the Corporate Officer be authorized to execute the contract. RECOMMENDATION That the staff report be forwarded to the Council
Meeting of July 26, 2011. 1116 Award of Contract, 232 Street Drainage Improvements (124 Avenue to 128 Avenue) Staff report dated July 18, 2011 recommending that the contract for the
232 Street Drainage Improvements from 124 Avenue to 128 Avenue be awarded to Double M Excavating Ltd and that the Corporate Officer be authorized to execute the contract. RECOMMENDATION
That the staff report be forwarded to the Council Meeting of July 26, 2011. 1117 Cruise for a Cause Da Day Staff report dated July 18, 2011 recommending the use of municipal streets
be authorized for the Cruise for a Cause Day on Thursday, August 25, 2011. RECOMMENDATION That the staff report be forwarded to the Council Meeting of July 26, 2011.

dated July 18, 2011 recommending that disbursements for May, 2011 be approved. RECOMMENDATION That the staff report be forwarded to the Council Meeting of July 26, 2011. 1132 2012 2012-2014
Council Indemnity Staff report dated July 18, 2011 recommending the adoption of Schedule “A” as the schedule of indemnities for Mayor and Councillors effective December 1 in each of
2011, 2012 and 2013. The Executive Director reviewed the report. He indicated that he will provide a letter to Council from the last peer review done on indemnities. RECOMMENDATION
That the staff report be forwarded to the Council Meeting of July 26, 2011. 1133 Banking Services Agreement Staff report dated July 18, 2011 recommending that the Corporate Officer
be authorized to sign an agreement for banking services with the Toronto-Dominion Bank for a term of five years. The Manager of Business Systems reviewed the report. RECOMMENDATION
That the staff report be forwarded to the Council Meeting of July 26, 2011.

2011 recommending that Maple Ridge Recreation Facility Fees Amending Bylaw No. 6826-2011 be given first, second and third reading. The General Manager of Community Development, Parks
and Recreation Services reviewed the report. RECOMMENDATION That the staff report be forwarded to the Council Meeting of July 26, 2011. 5. CORRESPONDENCE – Nil 6. OTHER ISSUES – Nil
