COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND RECREATION SERVICES 1151 Hammond Stadium Sport Field Lighting Contract Staff report dated May 12, 2014 recommending that Contract ITT-PL14-21 for the supply and installation of playfield lighting at Hammond Stadium be awarded to Trans-Western Electric Lighting Ltd.; and that staff be directed to amend the Financial Plan to include additional project funding from the Gaming Revenues Reserve.
