The Board of the Regional District in which the area covered by the plan is located, in the case of a Municipal Official Community Plan; ii. The Board of any Regional District that is adjacent to the area covered by the plan; iii. The Council of any municipality that is adjacen adjacent to the t area covered by the plan; iv. First Nations; v. School District Boards, greater boards and improvements district boards; and vi. A disclosure statement must be submitted by a Professional Engineer advising whether there is any evidence of underground fuel storage tanks. Pursuant to the Contaminated Site Regulations of the Environmental Management Act Act, the subdivider will , provide a Site Profile for the subject land. He asked that residents join Mr. Elder’s Terry Fox Run team as a way of honouring him. Mayor Daykin also spoke to the large fire at the Waldun Forest Products mill in Ruskin and reported that the mill owners have secured a temporary site to allow the mill to continue to operate on a limited basis. Council Minutes August 28, 2012 Page 17 of 18 1500 COUNCILLORS’ REPORTS Councillor Morden Councillor Morden expressed his condolences to the family of Mr. Fred Elder. Councillor Hogarth Councillor Hogarth suggested the installation of a special hydrant at the Waldun Forest Products Mill to draw water from the Fraser River. Councillor Bell Councillor Bell attended the Sports Expo and the Fraser Valley Regional Library Reading Club Medals Event Councillor Ashlie Councillor Ashlie spoke to the loss of Mr. Fred Elder to cancer and encouraged participation in the Terry Fox Run to honour him. Councillor Dueck Councillor Dueck expressed condolences to Mr. Elder’s family and closest friends. She requested that residents be mindful of the children walking to school. Councillor Dueck attended the A&W Cruise-In for the MS Society.
