designate from Agricultural to Urban Residential and Conservation and to add to Conservation Final reading R/2016-012 It was moved and seconded That Bylaw No. 7120 7120-2014 be adopted.

No. 7133 7133-2015 be adopted. CARRIED 903.2 Maple Ridge Ticket Information Utilization Amending Bylaw No. 7191 7191-2015 To include fines associated with Maple Ridge Tree Protection
and Management Bylaw No. 7133-2015 R/2016-016 It was moved and seconded That Bylaw No. 7191 7191-2015 be adopted. CARRIED 903.3 Maple Ridge Development Application Fee Amending Bylaw
No. 7192 7192-2015 To include fees for tree cutting permits associated with Maple Ridge Tree Protection and Management Bylaw No. 7133-2015 R/2016-017 It was moved and seconded That

January 11, 2016 recommending that Non-Farm Use Application 2015-355-AL for an accessory employee dwelling be forwarded to the Agricultural Land Commission. R/2016-019 It was moved
and seconded That Non Non-Farm Use Application 2015 2015-355 355-AL for an accessory employee dwelling, be forwarded to the Agricultural Land Commission, in accordance with Council
direction as outlined in the staff report dated January 11, 2016 and titled, Non Non-Farm Use Re Report port – Employee Residential 13540 Neaves Road. CARRIED 1102 2015 2015-318 318-RZ,
11650 224 Street, RS RS-1 and C C-3 to RM RM-2 and C C-3 Staff report dated January 11, 2016 recommending that Maple Ridge Zone Amending Bylaw No. 7198-2015 to rezone from RS-1 (One
Family Urban Residential) and C-3 (Town Centre Commercial) to RM-2 (Medium Density Apartment Residential) to permit development of a 6 storey building with 50 dwelling units and a 115
unit multi-family building be given first reading and that the applicant provide further information as described on Schedules A, C, D and I of the Development Procedures Bylaw No.
5879-1999, along with the information required for a permit. R/2016-020 It was moved and seconded In respect of Section 879 of the Local Government Act, requirement for consultation
during the development or amendment of an Official Community Plan, Council must consider whether consultation is required with specifically: i. The Board of the Regional District in
which the area covered by the plan is l located, in the case of a Municipal Official Community Plan; ocated, ii. The Board of any Regional District that is adjacent to the area covered
by the plan; iii. The Council of any municipality that is adjacent to the area covered by the plan; iv. First Nations; v. School District Boards, greater boards and improvements district
boards; and vi. The Provincial and Federal Governments and their agencies.

first reading; and That the applicant provide further information a as described on Schedules s A, C, D, and I of the Development Procedures Bylaw No. 5879 –1999, along with the information
required for a Permit. CARRIED 1103 2015 2015-347 347-RZ, 20621 123 Avenue, RS RS-3 to RS RS-1 and RS RS-1b Staff report dated January 11, 2016 recommending that Maple Ridge Zone Amending
Bylaw No. 7193-2015 to rezone from RS-3 (One Family Rural Residential) to RS-1 (One Family Urban Residential) and RS-1b (One Family Urban [Medium Density] Residential) to permit subdivision
into approximately 10 single family residential lots be given first reading and that the applicant provide further information as described on Schedules A, B, F and G of the Development
Procedures Bylaw No. 5879-1999, along with information required for a subdivision application. R/2016-021 It was moved and seconded In respect of Section 879 of the Local Government

(One Family Urban [Medium Density] Residential to permit a subdivision of approximately 9 single family lots be given first reading and that the applicant provide further information
as described on Schedules B and E of the Development Procedures Bylaw No. 5879-1999, along with information required for a subdivision application. R/2016-022 It was moved and seconded

January 11, 2016 recommending that Maple Ridge Zone Amending Bylaw No. 7195-2015 to rezone from RS-2 (One Family Suburban Residential) to RM-1 (Townhouse Residential) and R-1 (Residential
District) for development of approximately 12 townhouse units and one single family residential lot be given first reading and that the applicant provide further information as described
on Schedules A, B, C, D, E, F, G and J of the Development Procedures Bylaw No. 5879-1999, along with information required for a subdivision application. R/2016-023 It was moved and

exterior of an existing building (Burger King). R/2016-024 It was moved and seconded That the Corporate Officer be authorized to sign and seal 2015 2015-281 281-DP respecting property
located at 20290 Lougheed Highway. R/2016-025 It was moved and seconded That It Item 1106 be deferred to an appropriate em Council meeting in February 2016. CARRIED

year extension be granted for rezoning application 2012-109-RZ to allow for subdivision into 13 single family lots. R/2016-026 It was moved and seconded That pursuant to Maple Ridge
Development Procedures Bylaw No. 5879 5879-1999, a one year extension be granted for rezoning application 2012 2012-109 109-RZ and that the following conditions be addressed prior to
consideration of final reading: i. Road dedication as required; ii. Removal of the existing buildings; and iii. A disclosure statement must be submitted by a Professional Engineer advising
whether there is any evidence of underground fuel storage tanks. If there is evidence, a site profile purs pursuant to the Waste uant Management Act must be provided in accordance with

reading. CARRIED 1132 Fire Dispatch and Operations “After Hours” Service Contract Staff report dated January 11, 2016 providing information on the results of the request for proposal
issued for Fire Dispatch Services and “After Hours” call service for the operations centre. For information only No motion required

Advisory Committee Bylaw 7201 7201-2016 be given first, second and third readings. That Maple Ridge Community Heritage Commission Amending Bylaw No. 7199 7199-2016 be given first, second
and third readings. That Maple Ridge Environmental Advisory Committee Bylaw No. 7202 7202-2016 be given first, second and third readings. That Maple Ridge Economic Development Committee
Bylaw No. 7204 7204-2016 be given first, second and third readings. That Maple Ridge Public Art Steering Committee Amending Bylaw No. 7200 7200-2016 be given first, second and third
